Combined with the practical production of hot-dip galvanizing alloys,this paper introduces the production process flow of the Zn-Al1.0%-Sb0.29%ternary alloy for hot-dip galvanizing,and briefly describes the compositions and process conditions of Zn-Al and Zn-Sb master alloys.Meanwhile,aiming at the problems such as low first-pass yield and physical specification defects in the production of Zn-Al1.0%-Sb0.29%ternary alloy,quality improvement measures for the alloy are proposed from the aspects of master alloy quality,batching and operation.In addition,the paper points out the future research directions of this ternary alloy.
