火试金法测定冶炼渣样中银量补正的研究OA
Study on the Correction of Silver Content in Smelting Slag Samples by Fire Assay
在白银冶炼过程中会产生含银废渣,准确测定其银含量不仅有助于优化生产过程,还能避免因数据偏差引发的争议.银在火试金灰吹过程中的部分损耗,会造成结果偏差,影响检测数据的准确性.本实验在同一环境条件下,通过加标实验,采用火试金的方法检测不同的银含量所得到的银的回收率,计算银补正系数.在检测冶炼渣中银量时可参考不同银含量对银进行补正.
During the silver smelting process,silver-containing waste residue is produced.Accurately determining its silver content not only helps optimize the production process but also avoids disputes caused by data deviations.The partial loss of silver during the blowing process of the gold ash in the fire test can cause result deviations and affect the accuracy of the test data.In this experiment under the same environmental conditions,through the spiked experiment,the recovery rate of silver obtained with different silver contents was detected by the fire assay method,and the silver correction coefficient was calculated.When detecting the silver content in the smelting slag,the silver can be corrected by referring to different silver contents.
