Research Progress of Silver Hexafluoroantimonate
六氟锑酸银可以活化炔、酮、羰基等基团的Π电子体系,进而发生分子内或分子间亲核反应,是复杂环系的合成、偶联反应以及不对称反应的新型化合物,是在硝酸银、氧化银基础上开发出的具有发展前景的催化剂.由于理化性质特殊,制备条件苛刻,以前六氟锑酸银主要是作为试剂在研发活动中使用,近年来其应用领域不断拓展,从早期的作为SbF6-载体,通过复分解反应将SbF6-代入到反应产物中,到作为催化剂或助催化剂应用到有机合成反应过程中,市场化应用也日渐扩展.作者介绍了六氟锑酸银的国内外五种合成方法,并对作者新研发的含六氟锑酸根氧化剂合成法和离子交换法进行了着重说明,还概括性描述了未来的研究发展方向.
Silver hexafluoroantimonate can activate the Π electron system of alkyne,ketone,carbonyl and other groups,and then generate intramolecular or intermolecular nucleophile reactions.Silver hexafluoroantimonate is a novel compound for complex ring synthesis,coupling reaction and asymmetric reaction.It is a promising catalyst developed on the basis of silver nitrate and silver oxide.Due to its special physical and chemical properties and harsh preparation conditions,silver hexafluoroantimonate was mainly used as a reagent in research and development activities in the past.In recent years,its application field has been expanding,from the early stage as a SbF6-carrier,SbF6-is substituted into the reaction products through the complex decomposition reaction,to the process of organic synthesis as a catalyst or cocatalyst.Market applications are also expanding.In this paper,five synthesis methods of silver hexafluoroantimonate at home and abroad are introduced,and the synthesis method of hexafluoroantimonate containing oxidizer and ion exchange method developed by the author are emphasized,The future research direction is also described.
