相邻工作面采掘期间遗留煤柱稳定性分析及防冲措施OA
Stability analysis and anti-rockburst measures of remaining coal pillar during mining of adjacent working face
[目的]为解决同水平大埋深遗留煤柱相邻工作面在采掘期间存在的冲击危险难题,[方法]以赵楼煤矿7305工作面遗留煤柱为研究对象,通过理论分析开采深度及上覆煤层对遗留煤柱稳定性影响,利用FLAC3D软件模拟工作面在采掘期间遗留煤柱的应力演变过程.[结果及结论]研究结果表明,同水平遗留煤柱在掘进期间整体应力变化不大,但在回采期间整体应力集中程度较为明显,对煤柱影响范围最大为60 m.在此基础上,提出了一系列针对性的卸压措施,并进行了微震监测观察,有效地降低了遗留煤柱区域发生冲击地压的潜在危险性,保证了采掘作业的顺利进行,该研究对解决相邻工作面遗留煤柱的安全性问题具有重大的意义.
To solve the problem of rockburst risks during the excavation and mining of adjacent working faces of large-bur-ied-depth remaining coal pillars at the same horizontal level,this paper takes the remaining coal pillar of the 7305 working face in Zhaolou Coal Mine as the research object.Through theoretical analysis of the influence of mining depth and overlying coal seams on the stability of the remaining coal pillar,a numerical model is established using FLAC3D to simulate the stress evolution process of the remaining coal pillar during the excavation and mining of the working face.The research results show that the overall stress of the remaining coal pillar at the same horizontal level changes little during the tunneling peri-od,but the overall stress concentration is relatively obvious during the mining period,and the maximum influential range on the coal pillar is 60 meters.A series of targeted pressure relief measures are proposed,and micro-seismic monitoring and ob-servation are carried out.This effectively avoids the occurrence of rockbursts in the area of the remaining coal pillar,ensu-ring the efficient and safe operation of the working face.
