基于可靠性的煤矿机电供电系统双电源供电设计优化OA

Design optimization of dual-power supply system for coal mine electromechanical power supply

[目的]煤矿机电供电系统的稳定性直接关系到矿井的安全生产,而双电源供电模式在保障连续供电方面具有重要作用.针对传统供电系统存在的负荷分配不均、备用电源切换速度慢及电能损耗较高等问题,提出了一种基于可靠性的双电源供电优化设计.[方法]采用动态负荷分配策略提升系统的均衡性,结合快速电源切换控制缩短备用电源响应时间,并通过智能调度优化提升供电质量.[结果]研究结果表明,优化后系统的供电可靠性提升至99.7%,备用电源切换时间缩短47.13%,平均线路损耗降低27.59%,电压偏差范围缩小至±2.1 kV,有效增强了系统的稳定性和经济性.[结论]研究成果可为煤矿供电系统的可靠性优化提供技术支持,并为类似工程的电力调度设计提供参考.

The stability of the coal mine electromechanical power supply system is directly related to the safe production of the mine,and the dual-power supply mode plays a significant role in ensuring continuous power supply.In response to issues in traditional power supply systems such as uneven load distribution,slow backup power switching,and high electrical ener-gy losses,this paper proposes a reliability-based optimization design for dual-power supply systems.Dynamic load distribu-tion strategies are employed to enhance system balance,combined with rapid power switching control to shorten backup pow-er response time,and intelligent scheduling optimization is implemented to improve power supply quality.The research re-sults show that after optimization,the power supply reliability of the system increased to 99.7%,backup power switching time was reduced by 47.13%,average line losses decreased by 27.59%,and voltage deviation narrowed to±2.1 kV,ef-fectively enhancing system stability and economic efficiency.
