通辽市啮齿动物体表寄生蚤多样性研究OA
Study on the Diversity of Ectoparasitic Fleas on Rodents in Tongliao City
为探究内蒙古通辽市啮齿动物体表寄生蚤的多样性特征,于2023年4-10月在通辽市境内的扎鲁特旗、科尔沁左翼中旗和科尔沁区选择12个涵盖草原、农田、沙地3种主要生境的代表性采样点开展调查.结果显示:共捕获啮齿动物8种1 247只,检获寄生蚤12种2 856只,隶属于4科9属,其中,方形黄鼠蚤和二齿新蚤为优势种,分别占31.2%和24.7%;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为2.14,Simpson优势度指数为0.78;不同生境中,草原多样性最高(H'=2.31),沙地最低(H'=1.67);寄生蚤群落呈现明显的季节变动,5-7月为发生高峰期;长爪沙鼠和达乌尔黄鼠为主要宿主,二者承载了78.3%的寄生蚤;植被覆盖度、土壤湿度和宿主密度是影响寄生蚤多样性的主要环境因子.
To investigate the diversity characteristics of ectoparasitic fleas on rodents in Tongliao City,Inner Mon-golia,a survey was conducted from April to October 2023.Twelve representative sampling sites were selected in Jarud Banner,Horchin Left Wing Middle Banner,and Horchin District within Tongliao City,covering three main habitats types:grassland,farmland,and sandy land.The results showed that a total of 1 247 rodents belonging to 8 species were captured,and 2 856 parasitic fleas belonging to 12 species,9 genera,and 4 families were collected.Among them,Citel-lophilus tesquorum and Neopsylla bidentatiformis were the dominant species,accounting for 31.2%and 24.7%respec-tively.The overall Shannon-Wiener diversity index was 2.14,and the Simpson dominance index was 0.78.Among the different habitats,grassland exhibited the highest diversity(H'=2.31),while sandy land showed the lowest(H'=1.67).The parasitic flea communities demonstrated significant seasonal dynamics,with the peak occurrence period from May to July.Meriones unguiculatus and Spermophilus dauricus were the primary hosts,jointly harboring 78.3%of the para-sitic fleas.Vegetation coverage,soil moisture,and host density were the main environmental factors influencing the di-versity of parasitic fleas.
