北方主产区谷子主要性状变化趋势与分析OA

Analysis and Trends of Major Traits of Millet in the Main Production Areas in Northern China

为更好地了解北方主产区(华北、东北、西北)谷子品种主要农艺性状、品质性状及抗病性的选育趋势,进一步提高谷子育种水平,对其2017-2023年间登记的谷子品种的11项农艺性状、4个品质性状及3大主要病害的抗病性进行分析.结果表明:谷子株高高度呈下降趋势,选育籽粒趋向于易脱壳品种;东北地区公顷产量与穗粒质量呈显著正相关、与千粒质量呈极显著正相关,粗蛋白质含量与赖氨酸含量呈显著正相关;华北地区谷子穗质量与千粒质量呈显著负相关;西北地区谷子穗长与千粒质量呈极显著正相关,粗蛋白质含量呈下降趋势;华北地区谷子赖氨酸含量呈上升趋势;东北地区谷子公顷产量与谷锈病呈极显著负相关;华北地区谷子粗蛋白质含量与谷锈病呈显著负相关,谷瘟病与谷锈病呈极显著正相关;西北地区谷子粗蛋白质含量与谷瘟病呈显著负相关;东北地区谷子感病主要影响产量,华北地区、西北地区谷子感病对品质产生严重危害;各地区谷子穗形、穗密度皆与其所处地区的气候条件有关.因此,在今后谷子新品种的选育中,需提高谷子产量与营养品质的同时,应兼顾提高谷子的抗病性水平,以选育出产量高、营养丰富、抗倒伏、抗病性好的谷子新品种.

In order to better understand the main agronomic traits,quality traits and disease resistance of millet va-rieties in the northern main production areas(North China,Northeast China,Northwest China),and to further improve the breeding level of millet,the 11 agronomic traits,4 quality traits and 3 major diseases'resistance of the millet vari-eties registered from 2017 to 2023 were analyzed.The results showed that the plant height of millet showed a down-ward trend,and the selected seeds tended to be varieties that were easy to shell;the hectare yield was significantly positively correlated with grain mass per spike in Northeast China;the yield per hectare is highly significantly posi-tively correlated with the thousand-grain weight,and the crude protein content is significantly positively correlated with the lysine content;the grain quality per spike in North China was significantly negatively correlated with the thousand-grain weight;the grain length per spike in Northwest China was extremely significantly positively correlated with the thousand-grain weight and the crude protein content showed a downward trend;the lysine content of millet in North China showed an upward trend;the per-hectare yield in Northeast China was extremely significantly negatively corre-lated with the stripe rust disease,the crude protein content of millet in North China was significantly negatively corre-lated with the stripe rust disease,and the stripe blight disease was extremely significantly positively correlated with the stripe rust disease in North China;the crude protein content of millet in Northwest China was significantly negatively correlated with the millet blast;the susceptibility to disease of millet in Northeast China mainly affected the yield,while in North China and Northwest China,the susceptibility of millet to disease caused serious harm to the quality;the spike shape and spike density of millet were all related to the climatic conditions of the region where they were lo-cated.Therefore,in the future breeding of new millet varieties,it is necessary to improve the yield and nutritional qual-ity of millet while also taking into account the improvement of the disease resistance level,in order to select new millet varieties with high yield,rich nutrition,good lodging resistance and good disease resistance.
