汉江中下游底栖动物群落结构特征及其驱动因子OA
Characteristics of benthic macroinvertebrate community structure and their driving factors in middle and lower reaches of Hanjiang River
为探究长期枯水条件下河流底栖动物群落结构特征及驱动因子,于2025 年8 月对汉江中下游干流及支流河口共25 个采样点的底栖动物和环境因子进行调查.采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数分析群落结构特征,结合主坐标分析和置换多元方差分析比较干支流群落差异,并利用Mantel检验、典范对应分析和层次分割法解析环境因子的影响.结果表明:共鉴定底栖动物50 种,平均密度为97.2 ind./m2,平均生物量为17.19 g/m2,优势种为沼虾属一种Macrobrachium sp.、米虾属一种Caridi-na sp.和环棱螺属一种Bellamya sp.;干流与支流河口群落结构存在显著差异(p<0.05),支流河口的密度和生物量显著高于干流(p<0.05),但多样性指数无显著差异;水温是驱动群落结构变化的关键环境因子,水温和沙质底质占比、水温和正磷酸盐的协同效应对底栖动物群落具有重要影响.研究成果可为汉江流域干旱背景下的生态预警与适应性管理提供科学依据.
To investigate the structural characteristics and key drivers of benthic macroinvertebrate communities under prolonged low-flow conditions,a comprehensive survey was conducted in August 2025.Sampling was carried out at 25 sites located in the main stream and tributary confluences of the middle and lower reaches of the Hanjiang River,where both benthic macroinverte-brates and environmental parameters were collected.The community structure was assessed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index.Differences in community composition between the mainstem and tribu-tary confluences were examined using principal coordinate analysis(PCoA)and permutational multivariate analysis of variance(PERMANOVA).The effects of environmental factors were analyzed via the Mantel test,canonical correspondence analysis(CCA),and hierarchical partitioning.The results showed that a total of 50 benthic macroinvertebrate species were identified,with an average density of 97.2 ind./m2 and an average biomass of 17.19 g/m2.The dominant species were Macrobrachium sp.,Car-idina sp.,and Bellamya sp.A significant difference in community structure was observed between the mainstem and tributary con-fluences(p<0.05).Both density and biomass were significantly higher in the confluences than in the mainstem(p<0.05),while no significant differences were found in the diversity indices.Water temperature was a key environmental factor driving changes in community structure.The synergistic effects between water temperature and the proportion of sandy substrate,as well as between water temperature and orthophosphate,exert significant impacts on the benthic macroinvertebrate community.The re-search results can provide a scientific basis for ecological early warning and adaptive management in the Hanjiang River Basin un-der the background of drought.
