基于圆运动理论探讨健脾活血法治疗胃癌前病变OA

According to traditional Chinese medicine,precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)is a gradual process involving the transformation from qi deficiency to blood stasis in the meridians and collaterals,and the key to the pathogenesis is the deficiency and blood stasis.PENG Ziyi's circular motion theory takes the qi mechanism as the starting point.When there is deficiency and damage,it strengthens the spleen and supplements qi to restore the axis;when there is blood stasis,it activates blood and regulates qi to restore the cycle,the aim is to achieve the goal of circular motion and rotational movement,and the smoothness of the axis and the agility of the cycle,making the movement circular and the five elements harmonious.Based on the circular motion theory,the pathogenesis of PLGC is the deficiency of spleen earth,the weakness of the middle jiao,and the loss of axis function,as well as blood stasis and qi stagnation,which disrupt the rotation of the cycle.The treatment method is to restore the circular motion through movement,strengthen the spleen and activate blood,balance the deficiency and excess,combine acupuncture and medication to make the axis to rotate smoothly.
