智能中医诊疗技术应用研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Application of Intelligent Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Technology
中医诊疗体系主要依靠望、闻、问、切四诊以及针灸、中药、推拿等治疗手段.然而传统诊疗对医师主观经验的依赖程度较大,在标准化与客观化方面面临发展困境.基于此,将人工智能技术融入中医诊疗,成为推动中医药迈向现代化的关键途径及研究热点.本文围绕此展开探讨,总结国内外智能中医诊疗技术的研究情况,并阐述其在诊断与治疗领域的应用发展态势.在诊断方面,技术正从四诊信息的客观化采集向特色诊法的量化分析方向延伸;在治疗方面,以针刺、艾灸、推拿为代表的智能机器人依靠实现操作的精准量化,在部分适应证的临床应用中呈现出较好疗效.智能技术在中医药诊疗方面有较为可观的前景,但人机柔性交互等方面仍面临一些共同挑战,诊断治疗技术难以精准复现.本研究旨在梳理该领域的发展脉络以及技术瓶颈,为未来中医医疗领域人工智能技术的应用和优化提供一定参考.
The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment system mainly relies on the four diagnostic method of observation,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,and palpation,as well as therapeutic approaches such as acupuncture,herbal medicine,and massage.However,the traditional diagnosis and treatment methods are highly dependent on the sub-jective experience of physicians,facing development difficulties in standardization and objectification.Therefore,integrating intelligent technology into TCM diagnosis and treatment has become a key path and a popular research hotspot for promoting the modernization of TCM.This paper focuses on this topic,summarizes the research status of intelligent Chinese medicine diagnosis technologies at home and abroad,and elaborates on their application and development trends in diagnosis and treatment.In the field of diagnosis,the technology is extending from the objective collection of four diagnostic information to the quantitative analysis of characteristic diagnostic methods.In the field of treatment,intelligent robots of acupuncture,moxibustion,and massage have achieved precise quantification of operations and shown good therapeutic effects in the clinical application of some indications.Intelligent technology has a promising future in TCM diagnosis and treatment,but there are still some common challenges in areas such as human-machine flexible interaction and the difficulty in precisely reproducing diagnosis and treatment techniques.This study aims to sort out the development trajectory and technical bottlenecks in this field and provide valuable references for the application and optimization of artificial intelligence technology in the future of TCM medical field.
