从胚胎发育角度探索浅刺治法理论依据OA

The shallow needling technique,as an important method in acupuncture therapy,is widely used in clinical practice due to its characteristics of gentle operation and mild stimulation.As an important part of the meridian system of traditional Chinese medicine,the skin region is defined according to the distribution of the twelve meridians on the body surface.The meridian and the skin region theory on which shallow needling relies can reflect the functional mapping relationship between the local area and the internal organs.The epidermis in the early stage of embryonic development is the same as the central nervous system derived from the ectoderm,while the dermis and soft tissues,bones,muscles originate from the mesoderm.The shallow needling stimulation of the skin region and the epidermal and dermal tissues can trigger spinal reflexes,causing systemic responses in corresponding multiple tissues and organs.This article starts from the structural homology of the three germ layers during embryonic development,re-examines the structural basis and information mechanism of skin shallow needling therapy and the theory of skin regions in traditional Chinese medicine,and enriches the theoretical system of the shallow needling therapy.
