With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative and the growing demand for global railway interoperability,achieving the technology of seamless transition between the European Train Control System(ETCS)and the Chinese Train Control System(CTCS)has become a critical challenge for ensuring efficient and safe operation of transnational trains.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the architectural differences between ETCS and CTCS,with a focused investigation into core technologies including Radio Block Centre(RBC)soft handover,on-board equipment adaptation,and communication system evolution.
