化妆棉纵切过程数值模拟及工艺参数优化OA
Numerical simulation of longitudinal cutting process and optimization of process parameters for cosmetic pad
针对化妆棉片生产过程中化妆棉原料被圆盘切刀纵切后出现毛边和变形的问题,开展工艺参数优化研究,以提高化妆棉纵切质量.首先,剖析化妆棉的纵切过程,总结出影响化妆棉纵切质量的工艺参数.其次,根据化妆棉不同部分所具备的力学特性将化妆棉分为非织造布、棉花和硬棉条3种组分,并分别建立材料本构模型进行标定验证.随后,利用ANSYS LS⁃Dyna有限元软件建立化妆棉纵切过程的有限元模型,分析化妆棉在不同工艺参数情况下的剪切变形和断裂情况,通过调整重叠量、侧压和剪切速度,减少化妆棉在纵切过程中产生的毛边和变形,从而提高化妆棉片的产品质量.结果表明:上、下圆盘切刀之间重叠量为1.5 mm时,化妆棉被剪断时的塑性应变最小;上、下圆盘切刀的侧压约50 N时可快速紧密贴合;圆盘切刀的剪切速度为300 mm/s时可有效控制化妆棉的剪切毛边.
In view of the burrs problems and deformation of the cosmetic pad raw material after being cut by the disc cutter in the production process of cosmetic pad,the process parameter optimization research was carried out to improve the quality of the longitudinal cutting of the cosmetic pad.Firstly,the process of longitudinal cutting was analysed,the process parameters that affect the quality of slitting were summarised.Secondly,based on the mechanical properties of different parts of the cosmetic pad,it was divided into three components:non-woven fabric,cotton and cotton hard strip.Material constitutive models for these components were established for calibration verification.Subsequently,finite element model of the longitudinal cutting process of cosmetic cotton was established by using ANSYS LS-Dyna,shear deformation and fracture under different process parameters were analysed.By adjusting the overlap,side pressure and shear speed,the burr and deformation of the cosmetic pad during longitudinal cutting were reduced,thereby improving cosmetic pad product quality.The results showed when the overlap was 1.5 mm between the upper and lower disc cutter,the plastic deformation of cosmetic pad during longitudinal cutting was the smallest.When side pressure of upper and lower disc cutter was about 50 N,rapid and tight contact could be ensured.When shear speed was 300 mm/s,shear burrs of cosmetic pad could be effectively controlled.
