摩擦周期对腈纶纱线磨损形貌的影响OA

Impact of friction cycle on wear morphology of acrylic yarn

为探究腈纶纱线的磨损状态及其形貌变化特征,采用自制的纱线摩擦性能测试装置对腈纶纱线进行磨损试验,并通过图像处理手段对腈纶纱线磨损后的图像进行识别、表征与量化分析.结果表明:随着摩擦周期的增加,腈纶纱线在二值图中占比、纱线直径像素值以及毛羽长度像素值均呈现先增大后减小的趋势.对于纤维直径为20 μm的腈纶纱线,在60个摩擦周期时,纱线占比和毛羽长度像素值达到最大,分别为11.02%和394像素;在80个摩擦周期时,纱线直径像素值达到最大,为96像素.随着摩擦进程增加,磨损程度加强,摩擦区域的纱线条干被越来越多的纤维毛羽包裹,导致纱线直径增大;当摩擦周期进一步增长时,纱线周围的纤维毛羽脱落,进而导致纱线直径和纤维毛羽长度减小.认为:借助纱线条干、毛羽数量及其状态的变化可为评价其力学特性及相关制品的性能提供理论分析依据,有利于监测纱线的磨损性能、评估部件的运行状态.

To investigate the wear state and morphology change characteristics of acrylic yarn,a self-made yarn friction performance test device was used to carry out wear test on acrylic yarn,and the image processing means were used to recognize,characterize and quantitatively analyze the image of acrylic yarn after wearing.The results showed that with the increase of friction cycle,the proportion of acrylic yarn in the binary graph,the pixel value of yarn diameter and the pixel value of hairiness length all showed a trend of first increasing then decreasing.For acrylic yarn with fiber diameter of 20 μm,the proportion of yarn and the pixel value of hairiness length were reached the maximum when the friction cycles was 60,were 11.02%and 394 pixels respectively.When the friction cycles was 80,the pixel value of yarn diameter was reached the maximum value of 96 pixels.With the increase of friction process,the degree of wear was strengthened,and the body of yarn in the friction area was wrapped by more and more fiber hairiness,resulting in increase of yarn diameter.When the friction cycle was increased further,the fiber hairiness around the yarn fell off,and then the diameter of yarn and the length of fiber hairiness were decreased.It is considered that the change of yarn evenness,the number of hairiness and its state can provide theoretical analysis basis for evaluating its mechanical properties and the performance of related products,which is conducive to monitoring the wear performance of yarn and evaluating the operation state of components.
