Numerical simulation of fiber tension in staple yarn based on fiber tensile curve

为探究加捻对短纤纱中纤维力学性能的影响,基于纤维的拉伸曲线,结合纤维性能、短纤纱的结构和加捻过程中纤维的收缩,建立了短纤纱中纤维张力的数值模拟模型,并使用棉、涤纶、粘胶、维纶等短纤纱对模型进行了试验验证.研究结果表明:短纤纱中纤维张力与纤维性能、短纤纱的捻系数有关,且随着捻系数的增加,纤维张力不断增加.预测的平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)均小于7%,预测结果与测试结果间的相关系数为0.99,证明该模型具有很好的准确性和适用性,可为后续进一步研究短纤纱的断裂机理提供基础.

In order to investigate the effect of twisting on the mechanical properties of fibers in staple yarn,a numerical model for simulating fiber tension in staple yarn was proposed based on the fiber tensile curve,combining the fiber properties,the staple yarn structure and the fiber shrinkage during twisting,and the model was verified by using staple yarns such as cotton,polyester,viscose and vinylon.The results showed that the fiber tension in staple yarn was related to the fiber properties and the twist factors of staple yarn,and it was increased with the increase of twist factors.The predicted MAPE of the numerical model was less than 7%.And the correlation coefficient between the predicted results and the tested results was 0.99,which proved that the model had better accuracy and applicability,and it could provide a basis for further research on the breakage mechanism of staple yarn.
