内陆小型研究堆给水配套系统方案研究OA
作为应用于内陆小型研究堆辅助系统之一的给水配套系统,包括设备冷却水系统和软化除盐水系统,设备冷却水系统主要负责向主工艺系统中热交换设备提供低温冷却用水,软化除盐水系统主要负责向主工艺系统设备提供除盐水补水和设备冲洗用水.设备冷却水系统需要首先根据项目所在地的水源水质情况、环境影响评价情况、气象条件等确定设备冷却水系统最终热阱的形式,从而确定系统的具体设置情况;软化除盐水系统通过考虑设备集成化程度、机房占地面积、自动化运行程度、后期维护人工成本、设备初投资和设备采购生产安装周期等因素,确定软化除盐水系统的设置情况.
As one of the auxiliary systems for small inland research reactors,the water supply supporting system includes the equipment cooling water system and the softened desalinated water system.The equipment cooling water system is mainly responsible for providing low-temperature cooling water to heat exchange equipment in the main process system,while the softened desalinated water system is mainly responsible for providing desalinated water for make-up and equipment flushing in the main process system.The equipment cooling water system needs to first determine the final heat sink form of the equipment cooling water system based on the water quality of the local water source,environmental impact assessment,meteorological conditions,etc.,thereby determining the specific settings of the system;the softened desalinated water system determines the settings of the system by considering several factors,including the degree of equipment integration,the floor area of the machine room,the degree of automated operation,the labor cost for later maintenance,the initial investment of equipment,and the production and installation cycle of equipment procurement.
