QFD与TRIZ集成设计方法在火箭炮中的应用研究OA
面对激烈的竞争环境,军工企业面临如何更快更好地响应市场需求,选择合理的创新设计方法能够有效提升方案设计效率与设计质量,提升军工产品的市场竞争力.为此从市场需求出发,充分利用QFD方法进行需求转化的独特优势,并引入TRIZ理论解决需求转化过程的矛盾冲突,构建基于QFD与TRIZ理论集成的创新设计模型.同时为验证该模型的有效性,以某火箭炮回转机为研究对象,进行两阶段质量屋构建,运用TRIZ理论解决需求映射过程中的技术矛盾,形成设计方案,同时识别设计过程中的关键要素,进行仿真分析,进一步验证该创新设计模型的有效性.
Facing a fierce competitive environment,military enterprises are faced with how to respond to market demand faster and better.Choosing reasonable innovative design methods can effectively improve scheme design efficiency and design quality,and enhance the market competitiveness of military products.To this end,starting from market demand,we make full use of the unique advantages of the QFD method for demand transformation,introduce TRIZ theory to solve conflicts in the demand transformation process,and build an innovative design model based on the integration of QFD and TRIZ theory.At the same time,in order to verify the effectiveness of the model,a rocket launcher rotary machine was taken as the research object to build a two-stage house of quality.TRIZ theory was used to solve technical contradictions in the demand mapping process and form a design plan.At the same time,key elements in the design process were identified.Simulation analysis was carried out to further verify the effectiveness of the innovative design model.
