为探究虾青素在凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)体内的分布特征,本研究建立了一种虾青素提取与定量分析方法,确定甲醇为最佳萃取溶剂,采用1∶50固液比单次萃取,结合"甲醇萃取-四氢呋喃复溶"联用检测方案.饲料中虾青素添加量分别为0(对照组)、40、80、120 mg/kg,进行投喂实验,探究不同添加量虾青素对凡纳滨对虾的影响,并定量分析虾青素分布、体色变化及酶活性.研究表明,虾青素能够改善对虾体色,使其向红橙色转变,并在肝胰腺、腹神经索和表皮中积累最为显著.此外,虾青素能够提高肝胰腺总抗氧化能力(Total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC),增强超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,AKP)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性,同时降低丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,表明虾青素可有效增强凡纳滨对虾的抗氧化与免疫功能.

To elucidate the distribution characteristics of astaxanthin in Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei),a robust method for the extraction and quantification of astaxanthin in shrimp tissues was developed.Methanol was identified as the optimal extraction solvent.A single-step extraction at a 1:50(w/v)solid-liquid ratio combined with a methanol-THF sequential dissolution approach was utilized.Through controlled feeding trials with graded astaxanthin supplementation(0,40,80,120 mg/kg),we quantitatively analyzed the tissue-specific accumulation patterns,body color responses and associated enzymatic changes.The results indicated that astaxanthin significantly enhanced the body color of shrimp to a red-orange hue and was predominantly accumulated in the hepatopancreas,ventral nerve cord and epidermis.Additionally,astaxanthin supplementation effectively increased the total antioxidant capacity(Total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)of the hepatopancreas,elevated the activities of superoxide dismutase(Superoxide dismutase,SOD),catalase(Catalase,CAT),alkaline phosphatase(Alkaline phosphatase,AKP)and glutathione peroxidase(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px),and reduced the content of malondialdehyde(Malondialdehyde,MDA).These findings demonstrated that astaxanthin significantly enhances the antioxidant capacity and immune function of L.vannamei.
