栽培羊肚菌对土壤性质与微生物群落的影响研究进展OA
Research Progress on Effects of Cultivating Morchella Mushroom on Soil Properties and Microbial Communities
羊肚菌营养丰富,为高价值的食药用真菌.近年来,随着栽培技术的不断发展,羊肚菌栽培模式不断创新,产量得到稳步提升,栽培羊肚菌对土壤理化性质和微生物群落的影响也逐渐受到关注.系统综述了栽培羊肚菌对土壤理化性质和微生物群落影响的研究进展.栽培羊肚菌能够提升强酸性土壤pH值,改良酸化土壤;在微酸或微碱土壤中栽培羊肚菌,土壤pH值变化不显著.随着羊肚菌栽培土壤营养成分增加,短期内土壤酶活性显著提升,土壤真菌和细菌多样性降低,细菌多样性普遍高于真菌.不同栽培方式对土壤微生物群落的影响存在一定差异.明确栽培羊肚菌对土壤质量的影响将有助于为羊肚菌栽培提供更精准科学的指导.
Morchella mushroom is edible and medicinal fungus with rich nutrients and high-value.In recent years,with the continuous development of cultivation techniques,the cultivation mode of Morchella mushroom has been constantly innovated,and the yield has steadily increased.The effects of cultivating Morchella mushroom on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial communities have also gradually attracted attention.A systematic review on the progress of the research on the effects of cultivating Morchella on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial communities is conducted.Cultivating Morchella can increase the pH value of strongly acidic soil and improve acidified soil;when cultivating Morchella in slightly acidic or slightly alkaline soil,the change in soil pH value is not significant.With the cultivation of Morchella the mutrient components of the soi'increases,and the soil enzyme activity increases significantly in the short term,while the diversity of soil fungi and bacteria decreases,and the bacterial diversity is generally higher than that of fungi.There are certain differences in the effects of different cultivation methods on soil microbial communities.Clarifying the effects of cultivating Morchella on soil quality will help provide more precise and scientific guidance for Morchella cultivation.
