Research Progress on the Preparation of Pickering Emulsions and their Applications in Agriculture
Pickering乳液是一种由固体颗粒(如纳米黏土、二氧化硅、纤维素纳米晶等)作为稳定剂的新型乳液体系,因其高稳定性、低毒性和环境友好性等特点,在农业领域展现出了广阔的应用前景.本文综述了Pickering乳液的特点、制备、稳定机理、乳液稳定性影响因素以及固体颗粒的选择.探讨了Pickering乳液在农业中的应用研究进展:作为农药载体,实现有效成分的控释和靶向递送,提高利用率,减少环境污染;用于包封微生物肥料或植物激素,提高田间成活率和药效;作为土壤调理剂,提高保水和养分释放性能;作为农用薄膜和涂料,具有优异的涂覆性、保持性和耐雨水冲刷性.此外,本文还分析了Pickering乳液目前面临的挑战,如大规模生产成本和颗粒环境行为机制不明确.概述了未来的研究方向,包括开发用于农业应用的低成本生物基颗粒和智能响应Pickering乳液系统.本文的综述为Pickering乳剂在农业及其他领域的进一步研究和开发提供参考.
Pickering emulsions represent a novel emulsion system utilizing solid particles(such as nanoclay,silica,cellu-lose nanocrystals,etc.)as stabilizers.Due to their high stability,low toxicity,and environmental friendliness,they demon-strate broad application prospects in the agricultural sector.This paper reviews the characteristics of Pickering emulsions,their stabilization mechanisms,factors influencing emulsion stability,and the selection of solid particles.It focuses on the progress of Pickering emulsion applications in agriculture:as pesticide carriers for controlled-release and targeted delivery of active ingredients,enhancing utilization rates while reducing environmental pollution;for encapsulating microbial fertiliz-ers or plant hormones to improve their field survival rates and efficacy;as soil conditioners to enhance water retention and nutrient release properties;and as agricultural films and coatings with excellent spreadability,retention,and rain-wash re-sistance.Furthermore,this paper analyzes current challenges facing Pickering emulsions,such as large-scale production costs and unclear mechanisms of particle environmental behavior.It also outlines future research directions,including de-veloping low-cost bio-based particles for agricultural applications and smart responsive Pickering emulsion systems.This review provides a reference for further research and development of Pickering emulsions in agriculture.
