智慧农业赋能德昂酸茶全产业链升级研究OA
Research on Smart Agriculture Empowering the Upgrading of the Entire Industrial Chain of De'ang Acid Tea
德昂酸茶作为德昂族传承千年的特色发酵茶品,承载着独特的民族文化内涵与地域资源禀赋,是我国西南少数民族特色农业产业的重要组成部分.当前德昂酸茶产业在原料生产、加工制造、质量管控等环节部分仍停留在传统经验化运作阶段,存在原料品质一致性差、生产工艺标准化程度低、产业链数字化水平不足等现实瓶颈,严重制约产业规模化、品牌化与市场化发展.智慧农业以物联网、大数据、人工智能、近红外光谱、区块链等新一代信息技术为核心支撑,能够实现农业生产全过程的精准感知、智能决策、自动控制与全程追溯,为德昂酸茶产业现代化转型提供关键技术路径.本文以智慧农业体系为技术核心,聚焦原料端与生产端两大关键链条,系统分析智慧农业在德昂酸茶标准化种植、绿色化防控、智能化加工、精准化质检等环节的应用机理与升级路径,构建从茶园到加工车间的全链条智慧管控体系,研究成果可为少数民族特色茶产业高质量发展提供理论参考与实践范式,对推动民族地区乡村产业振兴与传统农业现代化具有重要意义.
As a characteristic fermented tea inherited by the De'ang ethnic group for thousands of years,De'ang sour tea carries unique ethnic cultural connotations and regional resource endowments,and constitutes an important part of the characteristic agricultural industry of ethnic minorities in southwest China.At present,parts of the De'ang sour tea industry still remain at the traditional experience-based stage in raw material production,processing and manufacturing,quality control and other links.Practical bottlenecks such as poor consistency of raw material quality,low standardiza-tion of production technology,and insufficient digitalization of the industrial chain seriously restrict the large-scale,branded and market-oriented development of the industry.Supported by new-generation information technologies includ-ing the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,near-infrared spectroscopy and blockchain,smart agriculture enables precise perception,intelligent decision-making,automatic control and full-chain traceability throughout the a-gricultural production process,providing a key technical path for the modernization transformation of the De'ang sour tea industry.Taking the smart agriculture system as the technical core,this paper focuses on the two key chains of raw materials and production,systematically analyzes the application mechanism and upgrading path of smart agricul-ture in standardized planting,green prevention and control,intelligent processing and precise quality inspection of De'ang sour tea,and constructs a full-chain intelligent management and control system from tea gardens to processing workshops.The research results can provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the high-quality devel-opment of characteristic tea industries of ethnic minorities,and are of great significance for promoting the revitalization of rural industries and the modernization of traditional agriculture in ethnic areas.
