大豆玉米带状复合种植模式采用小株距密植大豆带与玉米带间作套种,以达到玉米不减产、多收一季豆的效果,可有效解决大豆玉米争地问题.针对该种植模式下现有植保机雾滴跨带飘移严重、无法满足大豆和玉米同步植保喷施的问题,设计了一种分带喷杆喷雾机封闭式防飘移装置.首先,通过对升降机构、防风伸缩架、电推杆等关键部件进行理论计算,基于Fluent软件对雾滴进行0、3 m/s极限气流速度条件下的飘移仿真分析,确定了关键部件的结构参数;然后,利用Ansys Workbench对封闭式防飘移装置进行静力学和模态分析,验证了结构的合理性与稳定性;最后,进行样机试制与田间性能试验,结果表明:行驶速度 3~6 km/h、风速 1.4~2.6 m/s 条件下,封闭式防飘移装置的雾滴飘移沉积量最高为10.49 个/cm2,满足大豆玉米带状复合种植模式植保作业标准要求,可为大豆玉米带状复合种植模式高效、低损植保施药装备研发提供参考.

The strip compound planting mode of soybean and corn adopted the intercropping of soybean strips and corn strips with small plant spacing and dense planting,so as to achieve the effect of no reduction in maize yield and an addi-tional harvest of soybeans in one season,which could effectively solve the problem of competition for land between soy-beans and corn.In view of the serious cross-strip drift of droplets from existing plant protection machines under this planting mode,which couldn't meet the synchronous spraying requirements for soybeans and corn in plant protection,a closed anti-drift device for the strip-divided boom sprayer was designed.Firstly,through theoretical calculations of key components such as the lifting mechanism,wind-resistant telescopic frame,and electric push rod,drift simulation analy-ses of droplets were carried out under the conditions of 0 m/s and 3 m/s extreme air velocity based on Fluent software,thereby determining the structural parameters of its key components.Subsequently,static mechanics and modal analyses were performed on it using Ansys Workbench to ensure and verify the rationality and stability of the boom structure of the enclosed anti-drift device.Finally,a prototype was trial-manufactured and field performance tests were carried out.The results showed that under the conditions of driving speed of 3-6 km/h and a wind speed of 1.4-2.6 m/s,the maximum drift deposition amount of droplets of the closed anti-drift device is 10.49 droplets/cm2,which met the plant protection operation standards for the strip compound planting mode of soybean and corn,and could provide a reference for the re-search and development of efficient and low-loss plant protection and pesticide application equipment for the strip com-pound planting mode of soybean and corn.
