晚期肺癌患者睡眠质量的影响因素分析OA

Aim To analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected and divided into a good sleep group(PSQI score≤7)with 19 cases and a sleep disorder group(PSQI score>7)with 91 cases based on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The general characteris-tics and PSQI scores of the two groups were compared.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression were used to identify factors influ-encing sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Pearson correlation analysis was employed to assess the relationship be-tween the total PSQI score and its various dimensions.Results There was a significant difference in the proportion of patients with a disease course of≥3 years,per capita monthly income≤RMB 3 000,adverse drug reactions,pain,cough,anxiety,and PSQI scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The total PSQI score for patients with advanced lung cancer is(8.62±4.245)points.The total score of PSQI is significantly positively correlated with the scores of various dimensions(sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction)(P<0.001).Low per capita monthly house-hold income and adverse drug reactions were independent risk factors for sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Low per capita monthly household income and adverse drug reactions are factors affecting the sleep quality of patients with advanced lung cancer.
