烟叶采摘是烟草生产中的关键环节,传统人工采摘过程繁琐、采摘效率低,且烟叶成熟是在酷热难耐的夏季,烟田作业环境恶劣,烟民的劳动强度较大.同时,我国现有烟叶采摘机存在破损率较高的问题,无法代替人工采摘.为此,模仿人工作业形式设计了一种针对中下部烟叶的采摘机构,可以将其搭载在现有烟叶采摘车上进行作业.采用链传动方式,对采摘机构中的各个部件进行设计.其中,采摘指使用柔性材料,有效降低了采摘过程中烟叶的破损率;分层器、导叶板等部件可以辅助长势歪斜的烟株进入工作区域,实现对不同烟况下烟株的机械化采摘;控制器能够监测采摘车的行进速度和采摘部件的角度变化情况,进而实时调控采摘部件的速度;输送装置将采摘下来的烟株运输至烟箱中,后续统一处理.建立了烟叶的机械采摘三维物理模型,通过ADAMS软件进行仿真试验,以采摘车的行驶速度和采摘部件安装倾角作为试验变量,得到了最佳的使用参数.田间试验结果显示:烟叶的破损率为 5.07%,漏采率为 3.68%,各项指标均有显著改善,达到机械化烟叶采摘的作业要求.

Tobacco picking is the key link in tobacco production.The traditional manual picking process was cumbersome and the picking efficiency was low.And the tobacco leaves mature in the hot and intolerable summer,the environment in the tobacco field was bad,and the labor intensity of smokers was large.At the same time,the existing tobacco picking machine in China had the problem of high damage rate,which couldn't replace manual picking.Therefore,a picking mechanism for middle and lower tobacco leaves was designed by imitating the form of manual operation,which could be carried on the existing tobacco picking vehicle for operation.The various components in the picking mechanism were de-signed by chain transmission.Among them,the picking finger used flexible materials,which effectively reduced the da-mage rate of tobacco leaves during the picking process;layering device,guide vane plate and other components could as-sist the skewed tobacco plants to enter the working area,and realized the mechanized picking of tobacco plants under dif-ferent tobacco conditions.The controller could monitor the moving speed of the picking vehicle and the angle change of the picking parts,and then controlled the speed of the picking parts in real time.The conveying device transported the picked tobacco plants to the tobacco box for subsequent unified treatment.The three-dimensional physical model of mechanical picking of tobacco was established,and the simulation experiment was carried out by ADAMS software.Taking the trave-ling speed of the picking vehicle and the installation angle of the picking parts as the experimental variables,the best pa-rameters were obtained.The field test results showed that the damage rate of tobacco leaves was 5.07%,and the leakage rate was 3.68%.All indexes were significantly improved,which met the requirements of mechanized tobacco leaf picking.
