鲜食玉米对辊旋转分离摘穗和输送装置的设计与试验OA
Design and Experiment of Fresh Corn on Roller Rotating Seperation Snapping and Conveying Device
针对鲜食玉米联合收获机在摘穗和输送过程中存在的果穗损伤率与茎秆断茎率高的问题,设计了鲜食玉米对辊旋转分离摘穗装置和输送装置.结合理论分析与实际作业条件,完成摘穗装置、输送装置、割刀装置的结构设计,并确定了摘穗辊转速、夹持机构转速等关键作业参数.依据整体装置运行动作与实际作业要求设计装置的液压系统,保证鲜食玉米收获机功能的实现.将所设计的摘穗和输送装置安装在4YX-4 型鲜食玉米茎穗联合收获机主机上进行田间试验,选取对果穗损伤率和茎秆断茎率影响较大的夹持带速度(1.5~2.3 m/s)、摘穗辊转速(280~800 r/min)、前进速度(0.56~1.67 m/s)为试验因素,果穗损伤率和断茎率为试验指标,进行三因素五水平中心组合试验,得到果穗损伤率范围为0.21%~1.10%,断茎率范围为 0.32%~0.64%,并对试验结果进行方差分析,得到各因素和交互作用对试验指标显著性影响.利用Design-Expert 6.0.10 软件进行优化分析,得到最优组合参数为摘穗辊转速395 r/min、夹持带速度1.7 m/s、前进速度 0.84 m/s,并对最优组合参数进行验证,得到平均果穗损伤率为 0.24%、断茎率为 0.40%.所有试验结果均在标准范围内,满足鲜食玉米收获的农艺要求.
Aiming at the problem of high ear damage rate and stem breaking rate in the process of picking and conveying of fresh corn combine harvester,the picking device and conveying device of fresh corn were designed.Combined with theoretical analysis and actual operating conditions,the structural design of the snapping device,conveying device and cutter device was completed,and the key operating parameters such as the speed of the snapping roller and the speed of the clamping mechanism were determined.According to the operation of the whole device and the actual operation require-ments,the hydraulic system of the device was designed to ensure the realization of the function of the fresh corn harvester.The designed ear picking and conveying device was installed on the main machine of 4YX-4 fresh corn stalk-ear combine harvester for field experiment.The clamping belt speed(1.5-2.3 m/s),the rotation speed of ear picking roller(280-800 r/min)and the forward speed(0.56-1.67 m/s),which had great influence on the ear damage rate and stem breaking rate,were selected as the experimental factors.The ear damage rate and stem breaking rate were used as the ex-perimental indexes to carry out the three-factor and five-level central repeated test.The ear damage rate ranged from 0.21%to 1.10%,and the stem breaking rate ranged from 0.32%to 0.64%.The test results were analyzed by variance analysis,and the significant effects of various factors and interactions on the test indicators were obtained.Design-Expert 6.0.10 software was used for optimization analysis,and the optimal combination parameters were 395 r/min of picking roller speed,1.7 m/s of clamping belt speed and 0.84 m/s of forward speed.The optimal combination parameters were verified,and the average ear damage rate was 0.24%and the stem breaking rate was 0.40%.All the test results were within the standard range and met the agronomic requirements of fresh corn harvest.
