"T-Q-B-C-A-B-I"模型:农产品全产业链协同与农户参与OA

Under the impetus of the rural revitalization strategy,the coordinated development of the entire value chain of characteristic agricultural products and the deep participation of farmers have become the core of industrial upgrading.However,the related industries in the northern region are facing problems such as poor technical transfor-mation and loose quality control.Existing research has gaps such as the separation of coordination and participation,and insufficient quantification.This study aims to construct an adaptable model to break through the bottleneck of industrial upgrading.Taking three cities,Baoding,Xingtai,and Tangshan,as the objects,through questionnaire sur-veys(852 valid questionnaires),on-site interviews,and official data collection,using the AHP hierarchical analysis method and multiple linear regression,an"T-Q-B-C-A-B-I"integrated model is constructed,namely the"Technol-ogy-Quality-Brand"closed-loop collaborative model and the Farmers'Participation"Cognition-Ability-Behavior-In-come"chain model.The study found that this model is scientifically effective and can reveal the two-way correlation between the entire value chain and farmers'participation;the northern characteristic agricultural product industry has prominent shortcomings in technology,quality,brand,and entity linkage,and the farmers'participation transmission path is not smooth and shows heterogeneity,forming a two-way constraint.The research results provide theoretical support and practical references for the high-quality development of the northern characteristic agricultural product industry and rural revitalization.
