穴盘苗分级机转运输送部件设计与试验OA

穴盘苗分级机作业中,使用外部夹持手捡拾穴盘苗可有效避免基质块破碎,但现有穴盘苗转运输送部件与外部夹持手不适配,易造成载苗基质块侧翻和苗体损伤,进而造成转运失败,最终导致无法正常分级作业.为此,基于穴盘苗分级机提出一种转运杯双向输送部件,以实现外部夹持手将载苗基质块顺利放入和取出.转运杯是转运双向输送部件的核心,为保证与外部夹持手适配作业,对转运过程中的载苗基质块进行受力分析.以转运杯内径与基质块外径相对间隙、转运杯杯壁最低高度、气缸推送速度为影响因素,转运成功率为目标函数,对转运杯双向输送部件进行转运作业试验.结果表明:当转运杯内径与基质块外径相对间隙为 1.5 mm、转运杯杯壁最低高度为 30 mm、气缸推送速度为 0.3m/s时,转运杯双向输送部件作业效率达 3 600 株/h,转运成功率达 90%,满足分级机转运作业要求,研究结果可为穴盘苗分级机的研发提供技术参考.

In the operation of pot plate classifier,the use of external gripper to pick up pot plate seedlings could effective-ly avoid the crushing of the matrix block,but the existing pot plate seedling transfer and transport parts were not suitable for the external gripper,which was easy to cause the matrix block of the seedling carrier to roll over and damage the seed-ling body,resulting in the failure of transport and of normal classification.Therefore,a bidirectional transport component of the transfer cup was proposed based on the pot plate classifier,so as to satisfy the external gripper to smoothly put and remove the carrier matrix block.The transfer cup was the core of the bidirectional transfer component.In order to ensure the fit with the external gripper,the stress analysis of the seedling carrier matrix block during the transfer process was car-ried out.Taking the relative gap between the inner diameter of the transfer cup and the outer diameter of the matrix block,the minimum height of the transfer cup wall and the pushing speed of the cylinder as the influencing factors,and the trans-fer success rate as the objective function,the transfer operation test of the bidirectional transfer parts of the transfer cup was carried out.The test results showed that when the relative gap between the inner diameter of the transfer cup and the outer diameter of the matrix block was 1.5 mm,the minimum height of the transfer cup wall was 30 mm,and the pushing speed of the cylinder was 0.3 m/s,the operation efficiency of the bidirectional transfer parts of the transfer cup could reach 3,600 rods/h,and the transfer success rate could reach 90%,which could meet the requirements of the classifier transfer operation.The research results could provide a technical reference for the research and development of the cavity disc seedling classifier.
