可变距多路豆类精准播种机的设计与试验OA

针对传统豆类播种机效率低、精度差、点播间距不均匀等问题,设计了一种自走式可变距多路豆类精准播种机,明确了机具的功能要求、整体结构、性能参数、工作原理.对点播单元和多路精准播种装置进行设计,拨盘孔数为18 个,拨盘转速为 150~231 r/min,犁头高度为 200 mm,犁头入土角为 19°~23°;对机器行走驱动功耗、传动系统损耗、开沟覆土一体化作业功耗和漏种装置驱动功耗进行分析,设计播种机总功耗为 1 kW.利用Design-Expert软件的回归分析法与响应面分析法,建立并分析了 3 个因子对试验指标影响的数学模型.结果表明:机具最佳作业参数为拨盘工作转速184.51 r/min、行走速度 3.23 km/h、拨盘孔径 13.56 mm,此时播种机漏播率为 3.75%;各因素对漏播率贡献率的排序为拨盘工作转速>播种机行走速度>拨盘孔径.田间试验表明:机具各项指标均满足设计需求,作业性能稳定.

In response to the problems of low efficiency,poor accuracy and uneven spacing of traditional bean seeders,a self-propelled variable distance multi-channel bean precision seeder has been designed.The functional requirements,overall structure,performance parameters,and working principle of the machine have been clarified.The on-demand unit and multi-channel precision seeding device were designed.The number of dial holes was designed to be 18,the dial rota-tion speed was 150-231 r/min,the plow head height was 200 mm,and the plow head insertion angle was 19°-23°;The driving power consumption of the machine walking,the loss of the transmission system,the power consumption of the inte-grated operation of trenching and covering soil,and the driving power consumption of the seed leakage device were ana-lyzed.The total power consumption of the seeder was designed to be 1 kW.The performance of the machine was tested using regression analysis and response surface analysis in Design Expert software.A mathematical model was established to analyze the impact of three factors on the experimental indicators.The results showed that the optimal operating parame-ters of the machine were as follows:the working speed of the dial was 184.51 r/min,the walking speed was 3.23 km/h,and the aperture of the dial was 13.56 mm.At this time,the miss rate of the seeder was 3.75%.The results showed that the optimal operating parameters of the machine were as follows:dial working speed of 184.51 r/min,walking speed of 3.23 km/h,and dial aperture of 13.56 mm.At this time,the seed leakage rate of the seeder was 3.75%.The contribu-tion of each factor to the seed leakage rate was as follows:dial working speed>seeder walking speed>dial aperture.Field experiments indicated that all indicators met the design requirements and the operational performance was stable.
