人工智能在胃癌数字病理图像中的应用进展OA
Progress of artificial intelligence in digital pathology images of gastric cancer
胃癌是全球发病率和病死率较高的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断对改善患者预后至关重要.然而,传统的胃癌诊断主要依赖病理医师通过显微镜观察组织切片,这种方法在面对大量病理切片时,诊断的准确率和效率难以保证.近年来,随着数字病理(digital pathology,DP)和人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)的发展,DP图像和AI模型的结合为胃癌的早期诊断提供了新的思路.本文综述了AI在胃癌DP图像中的应用进展,包括胃癌图像分析、病理分型等方面,旨在为病理医师在胃癌早期诊断中提供新的思路和参考,提升诊断效率与准确性.
Gastric cancer is a malignant tumour with high global morbidity and mortality rates,and early diagno-sis is crucial for improving patient prognosis.However,traditional diagnosis of gastric cancer mainly relies on patholo-gists observing tissue sections under a microscope,a method whose diagnostic accuracy and efficiency are difficult to ensure when faced with a large number of pathological sections.In recent years,with the development of digital pathol-ogy(DP)and artificial intelligence(AI),the combination of digital pathological images and AI models has provided new ideas for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.This paper reviews the progress of AI application in DP images of gastric cancer,including gastric cancer image analysis,pathological typing,etc.It aims to provide new ideas and ref-erences for pathologists in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer,and to improve diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.
