植物精油防治储粮害虫的研究现状及应用前景OA
Control of Stored-Grain Pests with Essential Oils:Current Research and Future Prospects
粮食在储备过程中,易因保管不当产生虫粮、霉粮,造成粮食品质下降和营养成分流失,给企业带来严重损失.植物精油因其来源天然、环境友好、多靶标作用,在储粮害虫防治领域取得重要进展,有望成为化学杀虫剂的理想替代品.本文综述了植物精油在储粮害虫防治中的应用现状及其对储粮害虫的作用机理,综合评价其应用安全性.简要介绍了植物精油的主要活性成分及其对常见储粮害虫的驱避、触杀和熏蒸等作用方式;重点阐述了植物精油对害虫的神经系统、呼吸代谢系统、消化系统以及生长发育与繁殖能力等的作用机制.此外,针对植物精油在实际储粮环境中应用的安全性进行了评估,包括其对粮食及其制品的感官品质的影响以及对人体健康的潜在风险.总结了植物精油在实际应用中存在的缺陷和现阶段的主要解决方案,对植物精油未来研究方向进行了展望,旨在为粮储企业绿色防控提供思路,为植物精油产业化开发提供支撑.
Improper storage can lead to pest infestation and mold,causing quality deterioration,nutrient loss,and significant economic losses.Essential oils have shown important advancements in the field of stored-grain pest control due to their natural origin,environmental friendliness,and multi-target effects,making them a promising ideal alternative to chemical insecticides.This review summarizes the current applications,mechanisms of action,and safety evaluation of essential oils in the control of stored grain pests.The review begins by introducing the main active components of essential oils and their multiple modes of action against common stored grain pests,including repellent,contact,and fumigant effects.It then elaborates on the mechanisms by which essential oils affect the nervous system,respiratory metabolism,digestive system,growth,and reproduction of pests.In terms of safety,the review evaluates the impact of essential oils on the sensory quality of grain and its products in practical storage environments,as well as analyzes potential risks to human health.Furthermore,the study summarizes the limitations of essential oils in practical applications and current main solutions,while outlining future research directions,aiming to offer insights for green pest control in grain storage enterprises and provide theoretical support for the industrial development of essential oils.
