75Cr1材质夹层圆锯片夹层阻尼结构优化研究OA
Research on optimization of sandwich damping structure of 75Cr1 sandwich circular saw blades
75Cr1材质夹层圆锯片在高速切削中因大径厚比易产生强烈振动.为提升其动刚度并降低加工振动,在响应曲面法框架下构建了夹层阻尼结构参数(夹层厚度、层数、直径)与圆锯片动刚度之间的预测模型,并据此实现结构参数优化.通过模态试验验证了圆锯片动态特性有限元分析模型的准确性,采用谐响应分析方法揭示了夹层阻尼结构对锯片振动特性的抑制效果.结果表明,夹层阻尼结构使振动主峰幅值降低45%.研究发现,夹层阻尼结构参数对动刚度的影响顺序依次为夹层直径>夹层厚度>夹层层数,优化后夹层阻尼结构参数(直径为392 mm、厚度为1.2 mm、层数为3层)的动刚度达17 211 N/mm,且模型预测值与仿真验证值的误差均小于5%.根据优化结果制备了75Cr1材质的夹层圆锯片,锯切实验表明优化锯片能够有效地降低噪声约7.8 dB,较现有夹层锯片提升降噪效果41.8%.
High vibrational responses commonly occur in 75Cr1 sandwich circular saw blades during high-speed cutting due to their large diameter-thickness ratio.To enhance the dynamic stiffness and suppress cutting-induced vibration,a response surface-based predictive model was established to quantify the effects of sandwich damping-layer parameters(layer thickness,layer num-ber,and layer diameter)on the dynamic stiffness,and the optimal parameter combination was subsequently obtained.The accura-cy of the finite-element model for dynamic characteristics was validated through modal test,and the vibration-suppression capabil-ity of the damping structure was evaluated by using harmonic response analysis.The results indicate that the sandwich damping structure reduces the peak vibration amplitude by 45%.Sensitivity analysis results show that the influence of design parameters on dynamic stiffness is in the order of damping-layer diameter>damping-layer thickness>damping-layer number.The optimized damping-layer parameters(diameter 392 mm,thickness 1.2 mm,3 layers)yield a dynamic stiffness of 17 211 N/mm,with predic-tion and simulation values differing by less than 5%.A 75Cr1 sandwich circular saw blade was fabricated by using the optimized parameters,which demonstrated a 7.8 dB noise reduction of approximately in cutting tests,representing a 41.8%improvement o-ver the existing sandwich-blade design.
