考虑高优先权的智能立体库房仓储调度自动控制方法OA
An Automatic Control Method for Storage Scheduling in Intelligent Stereoscopic Warehouse Considering High Priority
针对单纯依据任务顺序或随机分配方式生成调度路径会形成大量冗余的空间移动,导致调度路径的总长度显著增长的问题,提出了考虑高优先权的智能立体库房仓储调度自动控制方法.考虑相对截止时间和剩余任务量,构造优先级表,借此计算库房内不同仓储调度任务的高优先权,并按照优先权划分调度任务批次.面向任意调度任务批次,构造以调度路径最短为核心的路径规划目标函数,通过混合遗传算法的迭代寻优,自动搜索到能够串联该批次所有调度任务的最佳路径.将规划路径和仓储调度设备实际运行轨迹同步输入至模糊PID控制结构,通过补偿控制减小仓储调度设备运动轨迹误差.以包含 10 个 13 层仓储货架的智能立体库房为例开展实验,结果表明,应用该方法完成对所有仓储货物的调度控制后,最终调度路径的总长度仅为 1 040 m,相比于现有方法的路径长度更短,说明该方法可以有效实现智能化调度控制.
An automated control method for warehouse scheduling in smart stereoscopic warehouses considering high priority is proposed to address the problem that scheduling paths generated solely based on task order or random assignment,which results in a significant increase in the total length of scheduling paths due to a large amount of redundant spatial movement.Considering the relative deadlines and the a-mount of remaining tasks,a priority table is constructed to calculate the high priority of different ware-house scheduling tasks,and the scheduling task batches are divided according to the priority.For any given scheduling task batch,an objective function centered on minimizing the scheduling path is formulated.Through iterative optimization using a hybrid genetic algorithm,the optimal path capable of connecting all scheduling tasks within that batch is automatically searched.The planned path and the actual operational trajectory of storage scheduling equipment are synchronously fed into the fuzzy PID control structure to re-duce motion trajectory error via compensation control.Taking the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse with ten 13-tier storage racks as an example,the results show that the total length of the final scheduling path is only 1 040 m after applying this method to complete the scheduling control of all stored goods,which is shorter compared to existing methods.This demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively achieve intelligent scheduling control.
