基于感光元件阵列输出控制信号的操纵器研究OA
Research on Manipulators Based on Outputting Control Signal of Optical Sensors Array
针对远程操纵,提出一种基于感光元件阵列输出控制信号的操纵器.操纵器上分布激光发射器,通过激光发射器向感光元件阵列发射激光,使感光元件阵列输出信号,从而根据信号得到激光照射位置,并由此判断操纵器的位姿,根据操纵器的位姿输出设备控制信号.设计了感光元件阵列操纵器的硬件结构和软件程序,通过感光元件操纵器控制实验,得到操纵器远程操控设备的精度.实验结果表明,操纵器可实现远程操纵,且系统响应时间较短.
Aiming at remote manipulation,a manipulator based on the outputting control signal of an optical sensors array is proposed.The manipulator is equipped with distributed laser emitters,which emit laser beams toward the photosensitive element array.The array outputs corresponding signals,from which the laser irradiation points are obtained.These points are used to determine the pose of the manipulator,and based on this pose,control signals for the target device are generated.The hardware architecture and software program for the photosensitive-array-based manipulator system are designed.Experiments on manipulator control via the photosensitive array were conducted to evaluate the accuracy of remote device operation.The experimental results show that the manipulator achieves effective remote control with a rel-atively short system response time.
