[目的/意义]储能技术是应对气候变化、促进能源转型的重要技术.在全国统一大市场视角下全面审视储能技术及其区域间的产业发展态势,对促进科技创新资源流动、成果转化、缩小区域创新差距等具有重要的现实意义.[方法/过程]本文聚焦专利转让数据,研究技术转移网络的发展特征.首先,构建一种新的专利转让记录提取模式用于探测技术转移现象;其次,利用重心模型量化分析技术转移地理重心的空间格局分布及其时空迁移特征;最后,从微观、宏观角度分别构建与探索创新主体、省际储能技术转移二模子网络的结构特征及演化现象.[结果/结论]研究表明,转入和转出重心均从北京起始,整体呈现南移趋势,最终稳定在长三角附近,储能产业技术交易市场趋于稳定.主体子网络逐渐从稀疏分散的网络演变为以国家电网有限公司为中心的密集网络,"企业—企业"转让模式起主导作用,需进一步强化产学研合作的上升作用,以及个人在技术转移中的枢纽作用.省份子网络发展态势呈现"小世界"特征,总体呈现"东强西弱"格局,建议各地提炼自身优势,实施差异化发展战略.

[Purpose/significance]Energy storage technology is crucial for addressing climate change and promoting en-ergy transition.A comprehensive examination of energy storage technology and its regional industrial development trends under the context of China's unified national market has significant practical implications for promoting the flow of scientific and technological innovation resources,facilitating achievement transformation,and narrowing re-gional innovation gaps.[Method/process]This research focuses on patent transfer data to investigate the evolutionary characteristics of technology transfer networks,firstly establishes a novel patent transfer record extraction model to de-tect technology transfer phenomena.Secondly,it employs the gravity center model to quantitatively analyze the spatial distribution patterns of technology transfer geographic centers and their spatiotemporal migration characteristics.Fi-nally,from both micro and macro perspectives,it constructs and explores the structural features and evolutionary phe-nomena of bimodal sub-networks of energy storage technology transfer between innovation entities and between cities.[Result/conclusion]The research reveals that both inflow and outflow centers initially originated in Beijing,showing an overall southward migration trend,eventually stabilizing near the Yangtze River Delta,indicating that the energy stor-age industry's technology trading market is trending toward stability.The inter-entity transfer sub-network has gradu-ally transformed from a sparse,dispersed network into a dense network with State Grid Corporation of China as the largest key node.The"enterprise-to-enterprise"transfer model plays the dominant role,necessitating further strengthening of the rising role of industry-university-research cooperation and recognizing the pivotal function of in-dividuals in technology transfer.The development of provincial sub-networks exhibits a"small-world"characteristic,with an overall pattern of"strong in the east and weak in the west."Each region should leverage its respective strengths and implement differentiated development strategies.
