着眼科学量化评估军队实力强弱大小,遵循"统一基准、快速简便、直观可比"的准则,综合考虑火力、机动、防护等影响因素,构建枪械、火炮、导弹等火力指数模型,解决同型平台实力指数计算问题,并结合火力转换系数,叠加火力、信息、保障等增益系数,实现异质实力指数的跨平台、跨层级灵活聚合比对.通过案例研究验证了该陆战武器实力评价体系模型的合理性,为直观反映整体实力优劣、判断实力变化提供支撑,同时减少了主观因素干扰.

Focusing on the scientific quantitative evaluation of military strength,this study comprehensively considers factors such as firepower,mobility,and protection,and constructs firepower index models for firearms,artillery,missiles,etc.,in accordance with the principles of"unified benchmark,simplicity and efficiency,and intuitive comparability".These models can solve the problem of calculating the strength index of homogeneous platforms.Combined with firepower conversion coefficients and superposed with enhancement coefficients such as information support and logistics guarantee,the models realize flexible aggregation and comparison of heterogeneous strength indices across platforms and levels.The rationality of the model has been validated through case studies.The results show that this land-warfare weapon strength evaluation system model is based on objective data,providing support for intuitively reflecting the overall strength of weapons and tracking dynamic changes in strength,while reducing the interference of subjective factors.
