Interest Games and Governance in the Supply of Digital Teaching Resources under the"Subject-Object Dichotomy"Framework
数字教学资源是落实教育数字化战略行动的支撑要素,对建设高质量教育体系至关重要.基于"主客二分"结构的分析,继续教育数字教学资源供需失衡源于供给主体间、供给主客体间、供给客体间的博弈,其博弈背后反映的是不同群体价值理念、利益偏好、认知惯性等方面的差异.在推动教育数字化战略进程中,以构建精准有效的数字教学资源供给体系为目标,通过推动从零和博弈到利益共生的理念转向、优化以需定供的资源动态适配机制、营造优质资源共享共用的教学生态三个方面,使数字资源成为提升继续教育教学效能的内生变量,是继续教育高质量发展的核心动能.
Digital teaching resources serve as a pivotal support element in implementing the educational digitalization strategy,playing a crucial role in building a high-quality education system.Based on an analysis of the"subject-object dichotomy"structure,the imbalance between supply and de-mand of digital teaching resources in continuing education stems from the strategic interactions among resource providers,recipients,and the dynamics be-tween them.These interactions reflect differences in values,interests,and cognitive inertia among various groups.In advancing the digital education strat-egy,the goal is to establish a precise and effective supply system for digital teaching resources.By shifting from a zero-sum game to a win-win interest model,optimizing the demand-driven dynamic resource adaptation mechanism,and fostering a teaching ecology of shared high-quality resources,digital resources can become an endogenous variable that enhances the instructional efficacy of continuing education,thereby serving as the core driver of its high -quality development.
