教育家精神视角下高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设路径:现实困境与纾解之道OACHSSCD
Development Paths of"Dual-Qualified"Teaching Workforce in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Spirit of Educators:Realistic Dilemmas and Solutions
习近平总书记倡导的新时代教育家精神,为教师队伍建设指明了根本方向.当前高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在教育理念表层化、教育实践能力滞后、评价机制单一化、文化环境薄弱化等现实困境.为此,应以教育家精神为引领,通过重构教育理念、深化校企合作、构建评价体系、强化文化浸润等策略,构建"双师型"教师队伍建设的系统性路径.
The spirit of educators advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era provides fundamental guidance for the development of the teaching workforce.At present,the development of"dual-qualified"teaching workforce in higher vocational colleges faces realistic dilemmas,including the superficial educational philosophies,lagging practical teaching competence,overly uniform evaluation mechanisms,and a weak institutional culture.In response,it is essential to take the spirit of educators as a guiding principle and to develop a systematic approach to building the"dual-qualified"teach-ing workforce.This can be achieved through reconstructing educational philosophies,deepening school-enterprise collaboration,establishing evaluation systems,and strengthening cultural cultivation.
