丙烯酸酯改性聚硅氧烷的合成与表征OA
Synthesis and characterization of acrylate modified polysiloxane
先通过硅氢加成法合成得到羟烃基硅油,再利用丙烯酸直接酯化得到丙烯酸酯改性的聚硅氧烷.探讨了羟烃基硅油和丙烯酸酯改性聚硅氧烷的制备工艺,采用核磁共振标准曲线对羟烃基硅油中羟基含量和丙烯酸酯改性聚硅氧烷中酯的含量进行了测定,对反应产物结构进行了表征.结果显示,当羟烃基硅油与丙烯酸醇酸摩尔比为1∶1.15、催化剂掺量为5%、反应时间为6 h、共沸剂掺量为50%、阻聚剂掺量为0.06%时,酯化反应的条件为最优.
This study synthesized hydroxyalkyl silicone oil via hydrosilane addition and further prepared acrylate modified polysiloxane through direct esterification with acrylic acid.The preparation processes for hydroxyalkyl silicone oil and acrylate modified polysiloxane were systematically investigated.The hydroxyl content in hydroxyalkyl silicone oil and the ester content in acrylate modified polysiloxane were quantified using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)standard curve,and the structures of the reaction products were characterized.The results showed that the optimal conditions for esterification were identified as a molar ratio of hydroxyalkyl silicone oil to acrylic acid of 1∶1.15,catalyst dosage of 5%,reaction time of 6 hours,azeotropic agent dosage of 50%,and polymerization inhibitor dosage of 0.06%.
