异质化预冷需求下的"最先一公里"农产品装箱问题OA
"First Mile"Bin Packing Problem for Agricultural Products with Heterogeneous Pre-cooling Demands
"最先一公里"预冷环节对农产品的保鲜水平至关重要.随着消费者对农产品新鲜度要求的不断提高,农产品异质化预冷需求显著增长.基于移动预冷设备差异,考虑预冷时效性、成本和设备共享效率,本文构建农产品异质预冷装箱问题的混合整数线性规划模型.针对研究问题引入贪心随机搜索算法框架,在构建阶段考虑农产品货损随时间累积递增的特性,提出基于时间边际成本的初始解构建策略;在邻域搜索阶段利用自适应破坏修复与变邻域下降策略进行解的优化.通过小规模算例与Gurobi求解器的对比实验,以及大规模算例与其他启发式算法的对比实验,验证所提算法的有效性.此外,从货损程度和农产品成本角度进行灵敏度分析,得出不同参数对农产品预冷类型选择和总成本的影响,为制定高质量、低成本的农产品预冷装箱决策提供理论支持.
The"first mile"pre-cooling stage is crucial for maintaining the freshness of agricultural products.With consumers placing increasing emphasis on the freshness of agricultural products,the demand for heterogeneous pre-cooling has grown sig-nificantly.This study develops a mixed-integer linear programming model for the heterogeneous pre-cooling bin packing prob-lem,considering differences in mobile pre-cooling equipment,pre-cooling timeliness and costs,and equipment sharing effi-ciency.A greedy randomized search framework is introduced to address the problem,incorporating a time marginal cost based strategy for initial solution construction that accounts for the cumulative and increasing nature of agricultural product decay over time.During the neighborhood search phase,solution optimization is achieved through adaptive destruction-repair mechanisms and variable neighborhood descent strategies.Comparative experiments with the Gurobi solver on small-scale instances and with other heuristic algorithms on large-scale instances validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Additionally,sensitivity analyses on agricultural product decay rate and agricultural product costs reveal the impacts of different parameters on pre-cooling type selection and total costs,providing theoretical support for making high-quality,cost-effective pre-cooling bin pack-ing decisions.
