随着机器人辅助手术在泌尿外科领域的广泛应用,建立标准化、高效且可评估的培训体系已成为一项迫切任务.本文系统梳理了近年来泌尿外科机器人辅助手术培训领域的研究进展,归纳出四大核心趋势:一是培训课程的标准化与规范化建设;二是先进模拟技术与创新培训工具的研发应用;三是基于人工智能的客观技能评估与学习曲线精细化分析;四是适应多平台与全球化背景的新型培训模式探索.总体来看,泌尿外科机器人辅助手术培训正朝着结构化、数据驱动、技术融合与全球化的方向发展,其核心目标在于缩短学习曲线、保障手术安全并改善患者预后.本文还对当前面临的主要挑战及未来研究方向进行了展望.

With the widespread application of robot-assisted surgery in the field of urology,establishing a standardized,efficient,and evaluable training system has become a pressing need.This article systematically reviews the recent research progress in the field of robot-assisted surgery training for urology,identifying four core trends:the standardization and normalization of training curricula,the development and application of advanced simulation technologies and innovative training tools,the objective assessment of skills based on artificial intelligence and the detailed analysis of learning curves,and the exploration of new training models adapted to a multi-platform and globalized context.Overall,training for robot-assisted surgery in urology is progressing towards a structured,data-driven,technologically integrated,and globalized direction,with the core objectives of shortening learning curves,ensuring surgical safety,and improving patient outcomes.This article also provides an outlook on the current main challenges and future research directions.
