轮作和连作对植烟土壤微生物多样性与群落结构的影响OA
Effect of Rotational and Continuous Cultivation on Microbial Diversity and Community Structure in Tobacco Soil
为探究不同耕作方式对植烟土壤微生物群落的影响,采用高通量测序技术对轮作、连作土壤中的微生物进行测定.结果表明:α多样性指数显示轮作土壤微生物多样性高于连作土壤;PCoA分析证实,连作与轮作土壤细菌群落结构存在显著差异;在门水平上,细菌变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和真菌子囊菌门(Ascomycota)均为轮作和连作土壤中的优势菌门;在属水平上,厌氧菌属(Anaeromyxobacter)和耐碱酵母属(Galactomyces)在轮作和连作土壤中富集;布丝酵母属(Boothiomyces)可作为连作土壤中的指示微生物;青霉属(Penicillium)为轮作土壤中的指示微生物.此外,速效钾(AK)和碱解氮(AN)分别是这 2 种土壤中细菌和真菌群落的主要影响因素.总的来说,轮作能提高土壤微生物多样性.
This study aims to investigate the effect of various agricultural practices on the microbial community composition in tobacco soil.Soil samples were collected from plots under rotational and continuous tobacco cultivation,and microbial communities were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.The α-diversity indexes showed that the microbial diversity in the soil of rotational cultivation was higher than that in the soil of continuous cultivation.Principal coordinate analysis clear distinguished the bacterial community structures between the two cultivation systems.At the phylum level,Proteobacteria and Ascomycota were dominant in the soil samples of rotational and continuous cultivation.At the genus level,Anaeromyxobacter and Galactomyces were more abundant.Notably,Boothiomyces was identified as the potential biomarker for continuous cultivation,whereas Penicillium was identified as that for rotational cultivation.Furthermore,available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were the main influencing factors for the bacterial and fungal communities,respectively,in the soil of the two cultivation systems.These results indicated that implementing rotational cultivation could enhance the microbial diversity in the soil.
