中国农业气候韧性的水平测度、动态演进及其影响因素OACHSSCD
Measurement,Dynamic Evolution,and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Climate Resilience in China
基于2006-2022年中国30个省(市、自治区)面板数据,从抵抗能力、适应能力和变革能力三个维度构建农业气候韧性评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、莫兰指数、Ker-nel密度、马尔科夫链、Dagum基尼系数、地理探测器模型等方法探究农业气候韧性的动态演进、区域差异与影响因素.研究发现:第一,中国农业气候韧性呈逐年上升趋势,但总体水平偏低,东部和中部地区农业气候韧性较高;农业气候韧性分维度评价由高至低依次为抵抗能力、变革能力和适应能力.第二,农业气候韧性具有显著的空间正相关性,主要呈现出"高-高"、"低-低"集聚特征.第三,农业气候韧性存在极化现象,但极化效应有所减弱;各省(市、自治区)农业气候韧性短期内较难实现层级跨越,提升空间滞后水平能够提高本省农业气候韧性向上跃迁概率.第四,中国农业气候韧性区域差异呈波动上升态势,差异主要来源于组间差异和超变密度.第五,土地规模经营、公路通达度、对外开放和财政支农力度是影响农业气候韧性空间分异的关键因素,且各影响因素之间存在明显交互增强关系.
Enhancing agricultural climate resilience is of great significance for ensuring national food security and agricultural production stability.Based on panel data from 30 Chinese provinces from 2006 to 2022,this study constructs an evaluation index system for agricultural climate resilience from three dimensions:resistance,adaptability,and transformability.A comprehensive approach incorporating the entropy method,Moran's Index,kernel density estimation,Markov chain,Dagum Gini coefficient,and geographical detector model is employed to explore the dynamic evolution,regional disparities,and influencing factors of agricultural climate resilience.The results indicate the following.First,agricultural climate resilience in China has shown a gradual upward trend over the years,though the overall level re-mains relatively low,with higher resilience observed in the eastern and central regions.Among the three dimensions,resistance ranks highest,followed by transformability and adaptability.Second,agricultural climate resilience exhibits significant positive spatial autocorrelation,mainly characterized by"high-high"and"low-low"agglomeration patterns.Third,a polarization phenomenon exists,although its intensity has weakened.It is difficult for provinces to achieve upward transitions across resilience levels in the short term,while improving spatial lag levels can enhance the probability of upward mobility in local agri-cultural climate resilience.Fourth,regional disparities in agricultural climate resilience in China exhibit a fluctuating upward trend,primarily driven by inter-group variation and transvariation density.Fifth,key factors influencing the spatial heterogeneity of agricultural climate resilience include land-scale manage-ment,road accessibility,openness to foreign trade,and fiscal support for agriculture,with significant inter-active enhancement effects among these factors.
