基于熵权法和灰色关联度分析法的油菜品种综合评价OA
Comprehensive Evaluation of Oilseed Rape Varieties Based on Entropy Weight Method and Grey Correlation Analysis
为筛选适宜西藏种植的优良油菜品种,以15个油菜品种(系)为材料,测定全生育期、株高、有效分枝数、主序长度、主序角果数、角果密度、角果长度、单株角果数、每角粒数、千粒重及籽粒产量 11 个性状,结合熵权法和灰色关联度分析法对参试品种(系)进行综合评价.结果表明:产量排名前 5 的品种(系)为QH281、QH383、50Y9、早杂 13 和利油杂5R;主序角果数的变异系数最大,为 25.06%,全生育期的变异系数最小,为 2.64%;全生育期、角果长度和千粒重的权重较高,是影响油菜综合评价的主要指标.灰色关联度分析结果表明,等权关联度与加权关联度排名前 3 的品种均为QH383、15049 和 50Y9.综合考虑产量表现和灰色关联度评价结果,QH383 和 50Y9 综合品质优良,产量分别为 4 020.67 和 3 826.54 kg/hm2,适宜在西藏地区推广种植.
To screen and evaluate elite oilseed rape varieties(lines)suitable for cultivation in the ecological regions of Xizang,this study conducted adaptability screening and evaluation on 15 rapeseed varieties(lines).Eleven agronomic traits,including growth period,plant height,number of effective branches,main inflorescence length,number of siliques on the main inflorescence,silique density,silique length,number of siliques per plant,seeds per silique,1 000-grain weight,and seed yield,were measured.The entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis were employed for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the top five varieties(lines)in terms of yield were'QH281','QH383','50Y9','Zaoza 13',and'Liyouza 5R'.The number of siliques on the main inflorescence had the highest coefficient of variation(25.06%),while the growth period had the lowest(2.64%).The growth period,silique length,and 1 000-grain weight had the highest weights,being the main indicators affecting the comprehensive evaluation results.The grey correlation analysis ranked'QH383','15049',and'50Y9'as the top three varieties based on equal-weight correlation degree and weighted correlation degree.Considering both yield performance and comprehensive evaluation results based on grey correlation analysis,'QH383'and'50Y9'with yields of 4 020.67 and 3 826.54 kg/hm2,respectively,were identified as high-quality varieties suitable for promotion in Xizang.
