东孟姜女河对卫辉市防洪排涝作用的分析与思考OA
Analysis and Reflection on the Flood Control and Drainage Function of the East Mengjiangnu River in Weihui City
卫辉市的洪涝灾害与东孟姜女河密切相关,东孟姜女河的改道和卫辉市的多年发展使城市防洪排涝和河道布局不协调.文章紧密结合"21·7"特大洪水时东孟姜女河的洪水过程和卫辉市的洪涝损失,提出了几点思考和建议,旨在对今后类似的防洪排涝和抢险救灾工作有所帮助和借鉴.
The flood disasters in Weihui City were closely related to the East Mengjiangnu River.The channel realignment of the East Mengjiangnu River and the development of Weihui City for many years have led to an imbalance between the urban flood control and drainage systems and the layout of the river channels.This paper focuses on the flood process of East Mengjiangnu River during the"21·7"catastrophic flood and the flood damage in Weihui City,and proposes some ideas and suggestions,aiming to provide assistance and reference for similar flood control,drainage and emergency rescue work in the future.
