文章针对朔州市下米庄水库淤积严重、生态功能退化等问题,开展综合治理方案研究.通过分析1967-2023年实测库容数据,发现56年间总淤积量达229万m3,其中1967-1990年淤积量占比63.2%;研究提出147.1万m3清淤工程与16.4万m2生态修复相结合的治理方案,包括库岸绿化、水生植物种植及景观节点打造;方案实施后,水库1 000 m高程库容可恢复至278万m3,兴利库容增加66万m3,同时显著改善水质指标,粪大肠杆菌污染指数从13.5降至标准值.研究成果为多沙水库"工程治理—生态修复"协同模式提供实践参考,对提升水库防洪、供水及生态功能具有重要价值.

This paper studies the comprehensive management plan for the serious siltation and deteriorating ecological function of Xiamizhuang Reservoir in Shuozhou City.By analyzing the measured reservoir storage capacity data from 1967 to 2023,it was found that the total sediment accumulation over the 56 years reached 2.29 million cubic meters,among which the sediment accumulation from 1967 to 1990 accounted for 63.2%.The study proposed a management plan that combines 1.471 million cubic meters of dredging project with 164 000 square meters of ecological restoration.This plan includes the greening of the reservoir banks,the planting of aquatic plants,and the creation of landscape nodes.After the implementation of the plan,the reservoir's storage capacity at an elevation of 1 000 meters can be restored to 2.78 million cubic meters,and the beneficial storage capacity will increase by 660 000 cubic meters.At the same time,the water quality indicators will be significantly improved,with the fecal Escherichia coli contamination index dropping from 13.5 to the standard value.The research results provide practical references for the"engineering governance--ecological restoration"collaborative model of heavily sediment laden reservoirs,and are of great value for enhancing the flood control,water supply and ecological functions of the reservoirs.
