弱磁控制技术是电静液作动器交流电机高速驱动的核心技术,电压闭环弱磁控制系统通过实现电压与电流的最优分配,能够在全速域范围内实现最大化转矩输出,但实际运行过程中面临直流母线电压利用率低与电压饱和问题.为了进一步提高输出转矩的能力以及提升电静液作动器交流电机驱动系统动态性能,本文基于基波电压幅值不变的六边形电压扩展原理,提出了一种分区过调制策略.该过调制策略将交流电机运行情况分为线性区、过调制一区以及过调制二区,通过改变输出电压矢量的幅值及相位来消除电压浪费现象,实现从内切圆电压到六边形电压进而到六拍电压的拓展.最后,通过试验对比验证了所提方法的有效性.本文通过调制策略实现电压矢量轨迹的优化,提升了直流母线电压利用率,拓展了高速弱磁区最大输出转矩能力,最终实现电静液作动器交流电机驱动系统的弱磁区动态性能提升.

Field-Weakening Control technology is the core technology for high-speed driving of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHA)AC motors.The voltage closed-loop field weakening control system achieves optimal allocation of voltage and current,enabling maximum torque output across the entire speed range.However,in practical operation,issues such as low utilization of the DC bus voltage and voltage saturation inevitably arise.To further enhance the torque output capability and improve the dynamic performance of the EHA AC motor drive system,based on the fundamental voltage amplitude-invariant hexagon voltage extension principle,this paper proposes a sector-based overmodulation strategy.This overmodulation strategy divides the AC motor's operation into the linear region,overmodulation mode Ⅰ,and overmodulation mode Ⅱ.By adjusting the amplitude and phase of the output voltage vector,the voltage waste phenomenon is eliminated,and the voltage is expanded from the inscribed circle voltage to the hexagonal voltage,and then to the six-step voltage.Finally,experimental comparisons are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The proposed strategy optimizes the voltage vector trajectory,enhances DC bus voltage utilization ratio,expands the maximum output torque capability in the high-speed field-weakening region,and ultimately improves the dynamic performance of the AC motor drive system in electrostatic hydrostatic actuators during field-weakening operation.
