针对工业生产对温度测量精度与采集传输速度的需求,论文基于现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)设计出一种多路高速温度采集传输系统.首先,设计调理电路,保证八路K型热电偶所采集的温度信号可靠不失真.其次,选用低时延的AD7686芯片精确地将模拟量转化为数字量,并在单片FPGA中集成AD转换电路控制与帧格式处理逻辑,将温度数据存入FPGA.再者,配置FT232HL桥接芯片并编写上位机程序,实现上位机对FPGA存储数据读取保存与实时显示.最后,搭建实验平台对系统进行测试,实验结果表明,系统的采集精度不超过±0.19%,数据传输速度为40.78 M/s,实现精确测温与高速传输,在热加工领域本系统有望得到广泛应用.

Aiming at the requirements of temperature measurement accuracy and acquisition and transmission speed in indus-trial production,this paper designs a multi-channel high-speed temperature acquisition and transmission system based on field-programmable gate array.First of all,the conditioning circuit is designed to ensure that the temperature signal collected by the eight-way K-type thermocouple is reliable and undistorted.Secondly,the AD7686 chip with low delay is selected to accurately con-vert the analog to digital,and the AD conversion circuit control and frame format processing logic are integrated in the monolithic FPGA,and the temperature data is stored in the FPGA.In addition,FT232HL bridge chip is used to realize the computer to read and save the data stored in FPGA and display it in real time.Finally,an experimental platform is set up to test the system.The ex-perimental results show that the acquisition accuracy of the system is not more than±0.19%,and the data return speed is 40.78 M/s,realizing accurate temperature measurement and high-speed transmission.The system is expected to be widely used in the field of hot processing.
