管接头是高压空气系统的重要组成部件,为提高船舶40 MPa高压空气系统管接头的抗拉拔性能,提出了一种"免维护"的卡套式管接头来替代传统接头.首先从拉拔力的角度进行了理论分析和建模,在此基础上进行了仿真分析和试验验证,得到了接管厚度、接管材质和卡套的卡入量对管接头的拉拔力学特性,并得到了预紧力的影响规律.结果表明,接管厚度从1.5 mm增加到3 mm时,拉拔力从23.9 kN增加到34.7 kN,增加了45.2%;卡入量从0.1 mm增加到0.22 mm时,拉拔力从30.4 kN增加到43.9 kN,增加了44.4%;不同材质的不锈钢对卡套的拉拔力变化量为0.4%;预紧力的加载可分为预压、弹性和屈服三个阶段.研究结果为高压空气系统卡套式管接头的进一步研制提供了有益参考.

Pipe joint is an important component of high-pressure air system.In order to improve the tensile performance of the pipe joint of 40 MPa high pressure air system,a"maintenance-free"sleeve pipe joint is proposed to replace the traditional joint.Firstly,theoretical analysis and modeling are carried out from the point of view of drawing force.On this basis,simulation analysis and test verification are carried out to obtain the drawing mechanical characteristics of pipe joints,and the influence law of preten-sion force is obtained.The results show that when the nozzle thickness increases from 1.5 mm to 3 mm,the drawing force increases from 23.9 kN to 34.7 kN by 45.2%;When the amount of clamping increased from 0.1 mm to 0.22 mm,the drawing force increased from 30.4 kN to 43.9 kN.an increase of 44.4%.The variation of drawing force of different materials of stainless steel on the sleeve is 0.4%.The loading of preload force can be divided into three stages which are preload,elasticity and yield.The research results pro-vide a useful reference for the further development of the jacketed pipe joint of high-pressure air system.
