针对空气炮侵彻硬目标过程中,需要在短时间测试记录空气炮子弹过载的加速度,由于测试空间有限,加速度过高,限制了加速度传感器及记录仪的安装,从而难以测试空气子弹冲击靶板过程中的动态数据.针对以上问题,设计了以FPGA为核心的小型化采集系统,在测试环境紧张的条件下可满足高精度、大容量、可回收、抗高过载、低功耗等需求.

In the process of air gun penetration into hard targets,it is necessary to test and record the acceleration of the air gun bullet overload in a short period of time.Due to the limited testing space and high acceleration,the installation of acceleration sensors and recorders is limited,making it difficult to test the dynamic data of the air bullet impact on the target plate.In response to the above issues,a miniaturized acquisition system with FPGA as the core is designed,which can meet the requirements of high pre-cision,large capacity,recyclability,high overload resistance,and low power consumption in tight testing environments.
