为提高不确定环境下目标威胁评估的可靠性和精确度,本文提出基于新型区间直觉模糊算子的变权防空目标威胁评估方法.现有区间直觉模糊算子在数据融合时,未能充分考虑数据间的内在关联,这制约了决策精度的提升,本文定义新的区间直觉模糊运算规则,提出新型区间直觉模糊算术加权平均(IVIFWAA)算子,并证明其代数性质.据此,本文设计了融入作战意图要素的防空目标威胁评估指标体系,并完成了其量化工作,通过引入变权理论,构造权值优势度函数,通过变权函数对威胁指标权重进行调整,并利用IVIFWAA算子对多属性、多决策者的决策信息进行融合,得到加权融合的目标威胁评估结果.仿真对比实验验证了本文方法的可行性和优越性.

The variable weight target threat assessment method of air defense based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy operators is proposed in order to improve the reliability and accuracy of tar-get threat assessment in uncertain environment.In order to solve the problem of low precision of deci-sion results caused by ignoring the relationship between aggregated data,this paper defines the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy operation rules,proposes interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging(IVIFWAA)operators,and proves a number of algebraic properties of these operators.On this basis,the target threat assessment index system of air defense operation is constructed and quantified that includes combat intent.By introducing the theory of variable weights,the weight dominance function is constructed,and the weight of threat index is adjusted by variable weight function.Furthermore,the IVIFWAA operators are used to fuse the decision information of multi-attribute and multi-decision-makers,and the threat assessment results of weighted fusion targets are obtained.Simulation comparison experiment verifies the feasibility and superiority of the method proposed.
